Scott Snyder is responsible for the firm’s business development, operations, and mergers and acquisitions. Utilizing his expertise in strategic direction and planning, he focuses his time on growth initiatives and expanding each brand to all of its key markets.
Scott has over 20 years of industry experience and has spent the majority of his career in leadership roles delivering market-facing solutions. He spent 2008-2010 as Divisional Director for Protective Life Insurance Company heading the Florida region where his division was responsible for record growth. From 1999-2008, Scott served as Regional Director for Lincoln Financial Distributors where he was recognized with several achievement awards and often spoke in national forums on successfully navigating through industry changes. He was responsible for the design, pilot and implementation of multiple distribution channels among national Broker/Dealer accounts and was appointed by the Executive Management Team and his peers to the Board of Director’s Advisory Committee in 2006 - 2008.
Bruce provides Prospective Risk Management and customized health plan management metrics to all PRMC clients. Bruce has nearly 30 years of varied property and casualty, workers compensation, and health insurance management experience across multiple industries, including Professional Employer Organizations, MEWA’s, and Taft-Hartley plans. Starting with auditing P&C and health insurers for KPMG/Peat Marwick, and continuing with 10+ years heading up health care underwriting, workers compensation and benefits consulting for an accredited PEO, Bruce brings multiple s on risk management issues to PRMC clients.
Bruce is a graduate of Ohio University, and has an MBA with distinction from Capital University in Columbus, Ohio.
Bill Myers is one of the founding principals of Prospective Risk Management Corporation. With more than 35 years of executive benefits, employee benefits, pension, and asset management consulting experience, he specializes in the development, design, and management of multi-state, multi-site employee benefit programs.
Bill earned his B.S. degree in microbiology and biochemistry from the University of South Florida. He also holds multiple degrees in financial management and administrative management including ChFC (Chartered Financial Consultant) and CLU (Charter Life Underwriter) designations, and is a Fellow of the Life Management Institute (FLMI).
Patrick is responsible for management of the PEO and Association client employer group medical underwriting. Patrick has more than 19 years of broad-based risk management and insurance experience. Prior to joining Prospective Risk Management, he headed the Central Florida casualty claims division of the Cincinnati Companies, including the Cincinnati Insurance Company. While leading CUSI’s Underwriting team, Patrick has overseen the underwriting and analysis of over 15,000 groups, representing over 600,000 potential Members.
A graduate of the University of Central Florida, Patrick is fully licensed in Property & Casualty and Life, Health & Variable Annuity areas of insurance.
Brett leads the actuarial and IT teams which provide innovative actuarial analysis, reporting and customized consulting for single and multiple employer plans. Brett has 12 years of health actuarial experience, 10 of which have been specifically in the multiple employer and PEO space. Prior to joining PRMC in 2013, Brett was a director at a large regional PEO.
Brett holds a B.A. Management Information Systems from Washington State University and is a Fellow of the Society of Actuaries.
Bruce is responsible for managing the entry underwriting function for PRMC clients. This includes daily peer review of all entry underwriting submissions prior to release to PRMC clients. Also responsible for all aspects of proprietary PEO reinsurance program that has saved clients millions in premium and aligned their premium with their unique risk profiles. Bruce has over 20 year of underwriting experience, primarily in the employer stop loss arena.
Bruce is a graduate of St. Lawrence University with a BA in Economics and attended on a Full Army ROTC scholarship.
Kerry provides consulting for clients on the tactical and operational aspects of managing a PEO and association master plan. PRM’s custom consulting experience provides guidance for clients on how constantly changing risk factors are impacting their master plans. Kerry has been with PRM and its sister company Compass Consulting Group for over 10 years, with experience in the traditional small group and large group markets, as well as with Association and PEO master plans.
Kerry is a graduate of Texas A&M University, with a Bachelor of Science degree in Journalism, holds an active Life, Health & Variable Annuity license in Florida and has completed the Certified Employee Benefit Specialist (CEBS) program sponsored by the International Foundation of Employee Benefit Plans and the Wharton School of the University of Pennsylvania.
